Following on from the States of Guernsey’s announcement that the island will be entering Phase 4 of the lockdown, we are pleased to inform you that from Monday 1st June Customers will no longer need to book a time slot when delivering waste materials to any of our depot sites.
We kindly ask that any Customer visiting Island Waste, Mayside Recycling, the Guernsey Recycling Scrap Metal Yard or Galaxy CI continues to observe the social distancing measures in place at each site. If you are queuing behind another vehicle, please stay in your cab until the weighbridge is clear. Gloves and hand sanitiser will be provided; Customers must follow any guidance given to them by Site Staff.
Skips and Bags Collection
We continue to collect and exchange skips for metals, hardcore and soil, green waste, plasterboard, glass and general waste. Thank you to all our Customers for your patience during this exceptionally busy time.
EuroBins Collection
We are pleased to see more businesses opening their doors to Customers again. If you would like a one off EuroBin collection, or would like to restart regular EuroBin collections, then please get in touch.
